Joseph (Joe) Pchelka
Sales Manager
Joe has been with Protech since 2018, with over 10 years of experience in the roofing industry. Originally from a small town outside Buffalo, NY, he graduated with a degree in business. Coming from a family where both parents built careers in the trades, Joe values craftsmanship and clear communication above all else.
Jonny Logan
Quality Control / Roof Inspection Specialist
Jonny is a military brat who grew up surrounded by the heroes of our country — an experience that shaped his values of resilience, dedication, and service. Happily married with two daughters, he brings that same dedication to every roof inspection, making sure every detail is right before a job is signed off.
Cheyanne Garcia
Office Assistant
A warm welcoming voice when you contact Protech, Cheyanne has been with the company for years and can answer many of your questions. A native Floridian, she and her husband have three adopted dog-children and spend Sundays with her dad.

Receptionist
Originally from Chicago, Natalie has been living in Florida for over 15 years. She loves being outdoors, the beach is her happy place, and she's an avid kayaker. A great home cook, she's very close with her twin sister and loves spending time with family.
